Our travels have taken us to many wonderful places and we love to try to capture the essence of the country we are visiting. Here you will find sets of prints which feature the iconic images of some of our capital cities and the hidden gems of more remote areas.
Many of us dream about travelling the world. How amazing it would be to see all the beauty the world has to offer – impressive buildings, breathtaking landscapes and interesting animals – with our own eyes. Many places, however are inaccessibly distant and visiting all of them is impossible.
Although we are unable to travel the whole world we have made journeys to places that have enchanted us by their beauty. We have tried to capture them in the perfect moment. The right lighting or composition might soon pass as the sun never stops for a photo shoot. Although buildings and architecture are stationary timing is crucial in architecture photography as the light and weather changes constantly.
In this collection of travel prints, we have gathered our photos which we feel have captured the atmosphere of a country, city or landscape during our travels. We are offering to you these moments and we hope that you will find at least one that really attracts you.
In addition to looking good on the wall, our prints of iconic buildings also have a symbolic value. The Eiffel Tower or the Liberty Statue are according to many, the essence of a city, or perhaps a whole nation. But the story of Taj Mahal may be less known. This wonderful and huge building was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan as a mausoleum for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, who died during her 14th childbirth in 1614. The construction took 14 years and required an unimaginable amount of work, but when it was finished, the Taj Mahal became a lasting and majestic symbol of persistent, true love and a great marvel of the world.
