Our first blog on our new website and where better to start than with Heathrow airport. It is the second busiest airport in the world by passenger traffic so an impressive destination for aviation enthusiasts and travellers alike. Having visited a much smaller Heathrow as a child I was invariably rewarded with the sight of BEA Tridents departing to some exotic destination. British Airways are celebrating 100 years by repainting four aircraft in “retro” schemes and the BEA colours are one. We managed to catch the BEA marked Airbus A319 (registration G-EUPJ) landing from Billund on Monday morning.

Whats next? We have to hunt down the BOAC marked 747 of course!

We think that this touch of nostalgia would look good on your wall and can offer one of our quality photographs in A4 or A3 framed and mounted.
